LDG Academy Policy on Refunds is for students who withdraw, suspend or discontinue their online programme effective from the month of May 2020. The purpose of this document is to provide guidance on when refunds of the programme fee will be made by the Academy and through which mode. This policy relates to the portion of the programme fee that is paid directly by the student or by a private sponsor.
LDG Academy reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the course non-viable.
LDG Academy reserves the right to cancel the registration of any student and not to refund the Course Fees without giving any written notice on any grounds that LDG Academy seems fit to maintain discipline and order in the class room or any other platforms.
If LDG Academy cancels a course, registrants will be offered a full refund within 10 working days from the date of Cancellation. The refund will be done online to the account from which the payment was made.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a course, LDG Academy has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Refund of online payment will be made within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation letter or email received in the account from which the payment was made.
Cancellation Policy:
To withdraw from an LDG Academy’s Online course you must notify the authorized person, Admin, in writing, of your intention to withdraw. You may do so: by e-mailing your withdrawal to info@ldgacademy.com; by sending written notification via mail only. Failure to complete a course does not constitute official withdrawal, nor does notification to the instructor, nor does lack of attendance, nor does dissatisfaction with a course. Refunds (if any) are computed from the day on which written notice of withdrawal is received. No refund shall be made after 48 hrs of the course (48 hrs to be calculated from the time the student paid in full for the said course.
The concerned branch/Admin of LDG Academy should be approached in case of any feedback, complaint or suggestions. The concerned branch or department will take responsibility for resolution of a problem within 10 working days. 15% (of the total course fee paid by that individual) will be deducted as processing charges for any applicable refund.
if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of a course that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded a course, we reserve the right to deny your refund, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
These above policies apply to all LDG Academy courses (offline or online) unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.
